About The Author

Chené Tuck is a South African author, entrepreneur, wife, and mother of two, born and raised in Port Elizabeth. An avid reader since childhood, she has a love for books that transport her to worlds filled with magic, romance, and adventure. When she isn’t writing, she can usually be found lost in a book or adding to her ever-growing collection.

A traveller at heart, Chené has visited 11 countries and spent more than four years living abroad in the United States and Thailand. At 18, she embarked on her first solo adventure to America, where she worked in a hotel for nine months before returning to South Africa to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Chené is the author of Finding My Supergrrl, her debut memoir about travel, self-discovery, and reclaiming her worth; Raising a Supergrrl, a heartfelt collection of wisdom and encouragement for girls finding their way; and The Content Creator’s Reading Journal, created to help book lovers and content creators celebrate their reading journeys.

She lives in Port Elizabeth with her family, close to the ocean, where free time is best spent with toes in the sand or camping beside the sea.
